Boys and girls XC tops Northern Potter

The Wellsboro Varsity boys and girls cross country teams each defeated Northern Potter last night in Wellsboro.
The boys team defeated Northern Potter 25-30 while the girls team won 15-50.
For the boys team, Senior Bobby Hill finished first in 18:10. Senior Jordan Jackson finished in 2nd with a time of 18:11 and Junior Joey Doganiero was 4th in 18:26.
Rounding out the rest of the boys finishers were Senior Derek Morgan in 8th (20:26), Freshman Dakota Cleveland in 10th (22:15), Freshman Dalton Messmer in 11th (22:21), Senior Drew Patrick in 12th (22:26), Freshman David Zavetsky in 14th (27:10), and Freshman Alex Granger in 15th (31:29).
For the girls team, Freshman Jordyn Coffee finished 2nd with a time of 23:35, Freshman Jada Jackson finished 4th in 24:50, and Junior Charlotte Worthington finished 5th in 24:51.
Rounding our the rest of the girls finishers were Senior Randi Grim in 6th (24:53), Freshman Camryn Keane in 7th (25:15), Junior Baylee Mann in 8th (25:42), Freshman Samantha Bailey in 9th (26:18), Sophomore Denae Ingerick in 10th (26:28), and Sophomore Caitlynn Butler in 11th (27:16).
Both Middle School teams beat Northern Potter 15-50. 8th grader Nathan Cotner won the boys race in 11:27, while 7th grader Anna Bleggi was the top finishers for the girls with a second place finish in 13:32.
