Wellsboro Student Athlete Leadership Group To Hold All-Female Instructional Lifting Session

On behalf of the Wellsboro Student Athlete Leadership Group, we would like to welcome any female student or female student athlete to attend this free and inclusive lifting and exercise session to assist any female who would like to learn more about lifting, assist with exercise program creation, and wants to know more about potential options for staying physically active.
Our main goals are to make females more comfortable in the weight room, promote overall fitness, and answer any questions our students might have.
We welcome any Wellsboro Area School District Female Student in grades K-12.
